A joint venture between Touchstone Housing Association, Pocklington Trust and Wolverhampton City Council to create 14 flats for people with visual and physical disabilities plus a resource centre including offices and training suites
The flats are in 3 storey block upper floors having balconies off the lounge. All floors are wheelchair accessible with particular care being taken in selection of lighting, colours and materials. A conservatory lounge gives access to a landscaped courtyard and dog walking facility
The flats were constructed by Jessup Brothers Ltd and completed in March 2005
